Hello beautiful Mama! This is such an exciting time. It's never too early to bond with your beautiful baby. Yoga is all about connection, breathing and love so you've come to the right sacred space! Prenatal Yoga uses postures, breathing, and meditation to help ease pregnancy, delivery, and the after effects of birth. The amazing Dawn Billeci will take you on a beautiful journey as she guides you through classes that create strength, focus, flexibility and awareness through a gentle practice designed especially for your needs. Our classes are safe and soothing. It's also a great way for mommys-to-be to connect in a supportive environment 

YOGA SHRED inspired:
I am so excited to introduce YOGA SHRED inspired to the schedule! As a yoga instructor & personal trainer, this is my kinda fusion!! This class combines the beauty of yoga & the benefits of resistance training! A 45 minute class can get the job done by incorporating HIIT. High Intensity Interval Training is a cardiovascular exercise strategy alternating short periods of intense anaerobic exercise with less intense recovery periods. So come on down to cleanse the body, build flexibility, improve balance, find peace & increase strength...yesssss!!!

Relax and renew during this peaceful vinyasa class (open level). Flow through a gentle practice, ending with restorative postures in our twinkling candlelit studio. Energy flows where attention goes so let's get glowing! 

Link breath to movement as we fluidly move through poses in this high energy class! Power Flow is an exhilarating form of fitness based vinyasa practice. This amazing sixty minute session is the perfect fusion of physical and mental training. The benefits include tightening, toning, increased stamina, strength, flexibility and stress reduction. A great workout, blending sweat and serenity as we exercise the mind, body and soul!
Yoga can be life changing for our children! Our classes and workshops will incorporate exercise, develop confidence, increase concentration and develop inner harmony by linking breath to movement. Our kids are under enormous pressure and Yoga can give them the tools to lead a more peaceful life. We have lots of fun too!

Restorative Yoga helps us to achieve a deep level of relaxation. It is the practice of aligning the physical and subtle body. Gentle movement for extended periods of time helps us experience stillness and inner peace. This class is an excellent opportunity to disconnect from the stresses of a hectic life. Moving slowly through poses allows us to explore the mind/body connection. This class will combine a nurturing environment, soft music, aromatherapy and restorative props. All levels welcome! One hour group class or private.

Buddha Barre classes are dynamic, invigorating, challenging and fun! We'll start with a warm up sequence of upper body exercises, followed by a barre workout which focuses on the legs and booty. The cool down will consist of stretches to increase flexibility and allow muscles to recover. Your core will be engaged throughout the entire class...yes!

We always incorporate great music, yummy aromatherapy and positive energy. Buddha Barre is the place to lengthen, strengthen and shine from the inside out.

ELM is a transformational workshop for girls and women  that takes participants on a journey toward self-acceptance.
The goal to set new intentions about how they feel, think, and speak to themselves and others. Participants are offered the opportunity to engage in exercises to explore their internalized beliefs about beauty and self-worth and are given the tools to understand that these negative beliefs have a detrimental impact on how they view themselves as purposeful and worthy. 
Interactive exercises include:
-Dismantling the “beauty myth”

-Changing the conversation from criticism to kindness

-Embodied yoga experience for all levels of ability:
(Yoga is an integral part of the mind-body connection. 
Learning to breathe and to be present in the moment can 
create clarity to settle in to our unique and miraculous bodies. 
During the workshop we will also practice mindful-meditation 
to keep us grounded in our safe and sacred workshop space.)

Personal Training can transform your body and activate your mind through resistance training. We get the job done with safe and efficient exercise using weights, kettlebell, TRX, physioball,  bosu, battle ropes, mat exercise, tubing and more! Clients are inspired with experienced instruction, upbeat music and goal oriented programs. It's all about healthy living and finding that beauty from the inside out!
